Fuel Cut Defender (Voltage)

F.C.D. Type I

Fuel Cut Defender (Voltage)

Instruction

This FCD is built to prevent fuel cutting by stock ECU because of boost exceeds. Normally, every stock ECU, the fuel cutting is set at 0.8 bars and 0.2 bars for Turbo and NA engines, respectively. They are cutoff level of stock ECU. A FCD working concept is what FCD tries to hold the boost signal from MAP sensor, which is still below the maximum allowed boost pressure from the stock ECU. However, fuel compensating is required for the exceeding boost pressure.

Operation Manual

After installation, the trim position must be turned to the end of clock wise direction. Go out to run the car and adjust the trim on counter clock wise direction with carefulness until the stock ECU does not cut the fuel.

Vehicles Supporting

This model (Type I) is created to support vehicles whose map sensors provide voltage level. There are 4 brands such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Mazda.
